Our CEO Alexandra spent over a decade in enterprise finance. Quarter after quarter, her team would manually cross-reference hundreds of invoices against stacks of contracts — a process that took weeks, required specialized knowledge, and still missed things.
When a $400,000 overbilling from a major software vendor slipped through a routine audit, she started asking why no platform existed to automate this problem. The answer was clear: CLM vendors were built for legal teams, not finance.
